Just under 2 months to go now until MCM, which this time is to last a whole 3 days instead of the usual weekend (attendance at Friday only open to weekend early entry ticket holders only, no general entrance tickets for Friday will be available). As ever MOREtotheGAME plan to be there to find out what holiday season 2010 holds for gaming. It’s early days at the moment but some of the titles that have already confirmed attendance at the expo include:

[MCM] 2 Months to Go!
August 30th, 2010[MCM] Tecmo Koei
June 12th, 2010Another highlight of the London MCM Expo this summer, for me, was the appearance of developers Tecmo Koei, a Japanese studio responsible for some incredible titles, such as the Dead or Alive series, Ninja Gaiden and Dynasty Warriors. But it wasn’t any of these games they were demoing…
[MCM] DDR:UK, TurtleStomp does Rock Band
June 10th, 2010A familiar presence to regular visitors to MCM will be the DDR:UK stand, usually distinguishable by upbeat music and terrifyingly fast footwork. This expo we decided to go and check out their stand properly, having missed it last year. DDR:UK are a rhythm gaming community, and they take games and equipment to expos and conventions all over the place. For those not familiar with the title, I’ll just wait a minute for you to watch the following video. » Read more: [MCM] DDR:UK, TurtleStomp does Rock Band

First of the premise, which is the same as usual. Peach has yet again been captured by Bowser and you as the portly plumber have to go save her (I’d have given in by now and just let Bowser have her) by collecting stars from various levels (galaxies) and face several bosses along the way. So just like any other Mario game but that was to be expected. » Read more: [Wii] Super Mario Galaxy 2
[DS] Dragon Quest IX
June 4th, 2010
Dragon Quest is a series of RPG games from the developing houses of Japan, Level-5 (developers of Professor Layton), to be precise. With its origins in the good ol’ days of the NES, Dragon Quest has grown to extraordinary levels of popularity in Japan itself, repeatedly breaking sales records, but has fallen short on Western shores. » Read more: [DS] Dragon Quest IX
